In recent years, Kev has trained outside the industry to broaden his expertise in coaching, NLP, nerves, stress and anxiety. As a personal development and business coach, an NLP Practitioner and DISC profiler, he is able to pinpoint precisely how best to support each student.
Achieving a Grade A with the DVSA and earning ORDIT registration, Kev is fully qualified to train the next generation of driving instructors. His early career with the Post Office saw him pass his HGV and gain a forklift licence. He now works alongside his wife Tracey through Confident Drivers, and both have been accepted into the Institute of Master Tutors of Driving.
Neil is a multi-talented professional who has dedicated his career to empowering individuals and transforming lives. Drawing on his background from the fire service, he brings a calm, compassionate approach to everything he does.
As an ORDIT registered trainer, safeguarding instructor, accredited senior workplace mentor with IAPC&M, and published author, Neil's primary goal is to instil a lifelong commitment to responsible and considerate driving. A passionate advocate of continuous professional development, he offers unwavering support on every learner's journey — helping individuals become the very best version of themselves.
