This will offer ongoing business and personal coaching support and a pathway to become an instructor trainer through the IDEA qualification process.
Entered on the DVSA Official Register of Driving Instructor Trainers - ORDIT 2011 & 2019 and with over 23 years of instructor experience and an ongoing commitment to Continual Professional & Personal Development, I have trained over 150 driving instructors over the years.
I still teach learner drivers, so part of my instructor training with you, includes you watching and learning from real lessons with me teaching a variety of learners. My learner driver training includes intensive driving courses and pre-test booster courses, as well as supporting nervous drivers and those students with additional support requirements like ADHD, Anxiety, Autism, Dyslexia and Dyspraxia, so you also learn how to structure these popular courses and deal with neurodivergent learners as part of your training.
I have a very high success rate with PDI Pt1, Pt2 & Pt3 test passes, as well as great success with 'rescue training' for PDIs who come for training and support being on their final attempt at Pt2 and Pt3. My modern coaching approach with up-to-date methods and industry-leading qualifications, means instructors and learners tend to learn at a much better and quicker pace based on their learning style.
