Unit 3 explores the benefits of goal setting in driver training, including SMART goals, reflection and feedback. Participants learn how to adapt lesson planning so that learner drivers can achieve their objectives.

Potential driving instructors undertaking training, or Approved Driving Instructors (ADIs) wishing to refresh and update their knowledge and instructional techniques.
