Unit 7 introduces a range of resources and industry reports that have implications for best practice in driver training. Participants come to understand the benefits of a driver training curriculum grounded in best practice and in knowledge of theory, practical and mock driving tests. The unit also covers the road rules relating to different driving documentation, and how to conduct mock tests that help create safer, thinking drivers.

Who is it for?

Potential driving instructors undertaking training, or Approved Driving Instructors (ADIs) wishing to refresh and update their knowledge and instructional techniques.
