Unit 9 covers the importance of safeguarding in the context of driver training and the legal and ethical obligations that come with the driver trainer role. The training is delivered against an externally accredited Level 1 safeguarding certificate, the foundational level of safeguarding training.

Who is it for?

Approved Driving Instructors (ADIs) who are thinking about delivering Potential Driving Instructor (PDI) training and are exploring Train the Trainer options.
