His approach is rooted in client-centred learning, tailoring feedback and guidance to each individual's style, and underpinned by a commitment to continuous professional development (CPD) to stay at the forefront of the industry.
Hugh does not just train instructors; he has lived the journey himself. After starting out as a single instructor, he successfully built Valley School of Motoring into a thriving school with over 5 instructors.
