About
I have dedicated the past decade to teaching, training and coaching in several different fields, and am now excited to share my experience, skills and knowledge with others. Being an IDEA trainer has allowed me to take the next step as an instructor trainer, and I am genuinely looking forward to supporting ADIs and PDIs in their own journeys.
Becoming a great instructor is not just about mastering the curriculum. It is about understanding people, adapting to different learning preferences, and leading with empathy and confidence. I am extremely passionate about helping people become the best they can be, watching them learn, grow and achieve the goals they have set out for themselves.
