Delivering Effective Goal Setting and Lesson Planning

Unit 3 introduces the benefits of goal setting, including how to bring SMART goals to your potential driving instructors. You learn how to teach a reflective process for reviewing student progress and how to make judgements that create better outcomes and support more effective lesson planning. You also develop skills that enhance your own lesson-planning abilities and those of your potential driving instructors.

Approved Driving Instructors (ADIs) who are thinking about delivering Potential Driving Instructor (PDI) training and are exploring Train the Trainer options.
