Unit 5 shows you how to introduce your potential driving instructors to the range of strategies, tools and techniques required for effective teaching. You help your potential driving instructors demonstrate their ability to apply these techniques in their work, using a do-apply-reflect model.

Approved Driving Instructors (ADIs) who are thinking about delivering Potential Driving Instructor (PDI) training and are exploring Train the Trainer options.
